They are called little tunny locally or skipjack tuna. They are not quite good enough grade for sushi, however, we roll them in a bit of lemon and pepper or jerk seasoning and cook them just slightly on all sides in a pan and then slice thin and eat. Usually with soya and wasabi. They are fine to eat.
