It's 230 AM, do you know where your contacts are?

Ge'ez I'm going to de a number on my eyeballs, I just woke up for the
second night in a row realizing I left my contacts in... YUCK!

Yesterday was a pretty down day, covered lots of ground on a few long
tacks but nothing hugely exciting. In face after yacht shots came by I
went down below for a sandwich and ended up taking about a 40 minute
nap.

Looking through I got some great pictures of the Rhone on my camera
despite the reduced vis....

One thing I want is to see some sort of anomolie.. Like a sea turtle,
dolphin, whale, something like that, maybe soon!!!

Pulling in to Marina Cay we rounded the reef and anchored for the
first time in 20 feet of water, with 100 feet of anchor chain out. It
held really well however with the wind whipping around the channel we
would have been toosed more than we liked. We picked up anchor and
then grabbed a
Mooring ball for 25 dollars... Not too bad for a peacefull night sleep.

Once we got in we shut down and got ready for dinner... Reservations
at 6. We got on shore ad took some pictures by the redbox, (may 26,
515-530 pm) (google Search Pussers
RedBox for the camera) and explored Marina Cay. It was really cool
walking around looking a the Chanel. I went by the infamous happy
arrrr bar where. Local comedian and singer/songwriter Michael Beans
plays, but he did his last show about 2 weeks ago.... It's still
surreal to see SO many pictures of his show and the surroundings and
then be there... There is little chance he would be playin when I
return in October so I guess I'll have to plan a return visit sometime
in the future... I think it would be cool to take my parents and megs
parents, they would LOVE it!!!

Dinner was great, had some amazing spicy chicken wings, and used my
drinking mans guide to get 2 for one painkillers... And I'm going to
have to say, I had the mixed grill, and it was done PERFECTLY!!!!! for
dessert I had a nice tall bushwacker while I used the weak weak
Internet to call my wife using the skype iPhone app... It worked
enough to say hi. Tried to do the same for my dad but all I could hear
in the background was "unavailable, who is unavailable? That's the
third time in a row" hahhahah

Headed back to Lucy's II to hit the sack pretty early and we all
pretty much passed out, hence leaving my contacts in. Were planning on
being up and underway by 630 AM to make the Baths, and then either
North Sound, Cooper, or Cane Garden Bay for the night. My vote is CGB,
I'd love to see some live music plus heading from North Soubd to Jost
Van Dyke would be about a 5-6 hour sail... We will see and the
adventure will continue...
